Submitting the order form is a request for a quote, not a purchase. We email you a digital proof and an invoice showing the package, the quantity of cards, shipping and sales tax. The quantity of cards in your order is confirmed with your proof. A contract is formed only when you approve the proof and we receive your payment. Package prices are: regular metal, 100 cards $999, 200 cards $1,998, 300 cards $2,997; extra luxury with full-color picture, 100 cards $1,299, 200 cards $2,598, 300 cards $3,897. All prices are plus applicable sales tax and shipping as shown on your invoice. All finishes are the same price. Quantities above 300 cards are priced by written quote, in dollars, before you're invoiced; you're never charged a volume price you haven't seen and approved.
Royal Global Agency, LLC agent pricing is available only to licensed sales associates and brokers affiliated with Royal Global Agency, LLC. The agent price is shown on your invoice only after your RGA code is verified; until then your order shows as pending verification. We check your RGA code and your active Florida license and affiliation before we send your invoice. If they can’t be verified, your invoice will show the public price, and you can cancel without paying anything.
We request payment only after you approve your proof, by invoice showing your total including sales tax. You can pay by Zelle (US bank accounts) or by credit or debit card or PayPal through the secure PayPal payment link on your invoice. There is no extra fee for paying by card or PayPal. Pay only the amount on your invoice, only through the Zelle recipient or PayPal link named on that invoice, and include your order reference. Zelle payments are like cash: they generally can’t be reversed or disputed through your bank, and Zelle doesn’t offer purchase protection. Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal under its own terms and buyer protections. We never see or store your full card number, and we will never ask for card details by email, phone or text. We will never ask you to pay a different recipient. If anyone does, don’t pay, and contact us.
If you choose a repeat reminder, we'll email you every 2 or 3 months with a new proof and invoice for the same cards. Reminders never renew or charge automatically: nothing is charged, made or shipped unless you approve that proof and pay that invoice. If you don't respond, no order is placed. Repeat orders you approve are priced as shown on that invoice, plus applicable sales tax and shipping. You can stop reminders anytime at luxcards.top/stop-reminders or by emailing luxcards.top@gmail.com. We may change or end the reminder program; any change is shown on the next invoice before you approve it.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every logo, photo, name, trademark and other content you submit, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights or break any law. You agree to indemnify M Royal Investments LLC for claims arising from your content. We may refuse any design. The name and logos of Royal Global Agency, LLC are its property. They may be printed only on cards for licensees affiliated with Royal Global Agency, LLC, in a layout it approves, and may not be used by anyone else. Real estate licensees are responsible for making their cards comply with Florida advertising rules, including showing the brokerage’s licensed name (Rule 61J2-10.025, F.A.C.). Designs we create remain our property until paid in full. We may show finished cards in our portfolio only with your permission.
Before proof approval: you may cancel for a full refund of anything paid. After proof approval: your cards are made to your specifications, so the order can’t be cancelled or refunded, except as below. Our errors and defects: if your cards arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved proof (for example, the wrong finish or a misprint that wasn’t on the proof), email us with photos within 5 days of delivery. We’ll reprint the cards or, if a reprint isn’t possible, refund the amount you paid. Errors you approved on the proof (spelling, phone numbers, QR links) aren’t defects. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from screen previews, which are illustrations. Lost shipments: we’ll work with the carrier and reprint or refund if a package is confirmed lost.
Other than the remedy in section 5, the cards are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that can’t be waived under applicable law.
We ship to the address you provide. Any “needed by” date you give helps us plan but isn’t a guaranteed delivery date unless we confirm it in writing on your invoice.
We collect Florida sales tax and any applicable county surtax on orders delivered in Florida, at the rate for the delivery county, shown separately on your invoice. Orders shipped outside Florida may be subject to the destination’s taxes.

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court.
We may update these terms for future orders. The terms in effect when you approve your proof apply to your order.
