A designer emails you a digital proof and invoice. Production begins after you approve the proof and your payment is received. You are responsible for checking spelling, contact details and QR links on the proof.
You confirm you have the right to use any logos, photos, names and trademarks you submit.
Payment is made by Zelle. You may pay in full or choose an installment plan of 2 or 3 payments: the first when you place your order, then 30 and 60 days later. A small plan fee applies to installment plans and is shown on your invoice. Your order is confirmed once your Zelle payment is received.
Your order ships to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping details are confirmed with your invoice.
Custom cards made to an approved proof are final sale. If there is a problem with your order, reply to any LuxCards email about your order and we will review it with you.
